How to Get Advice

Getting advice on a property before you decide to purchase is very important. One of our clients shared a story with us on how our recommendations influenced their decision.

To begin, you will need to download our Pre-Purchase Information Form. Adobe Acrobat Reader will be required to open the file. After you have filled out this form, send it to us at the address below.
We will also need a copy of the Contract and Section 32. You can let the estate agent know and they will send this documents to us by post.

When we have obtained all the necessary documents, we will contact you for confirmation that you do want us to offer advice. We will also let you know how long you can expect to wait to hear again from us.
